We accept Insurance

We currently accept the following plans for formal occupational therapy services:

  • Premera Blue Cross

  • First Choice Health (including some plans through Kaiser Permanente and Aetna)

  • Apple Health (Medicaid) plans

  • Cigna

  • Molina Healthcare

  • TRICARE

  • Regence BlueShield

Insurance coverage varies by plan. We encourage families to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm copays, deductibles, and any pre-authorization requirements. We’re happy to help clarify as we’re able.

We accept Private Pay

Private pay options are available for families who:

  • Prefer not to use insurance

  • Have out-of-network coverage

  • Are seeking services not covered by insurance

Current private pay rates and payment details are available upon request.

We know that families of young children often face increased financial burdens when accessing therapeutic and educational services. To help reduce barriers and promote equity, we take extra steps:

  • We accept a range of insurance plans in addition to private pay, so care can be accessible to families at different income levels.

  • For families eligible for formal occupational therapy services, we adjust forest school fees on days therapy is provided, helping children enjoy both therapy and nature-based, child-led learning.

  • Scholarships are available, as funding allows, to help families access forest school and therapy.

Forest school fees are billed separately from occupational therapy services and are not covered by insurance.

Our Pediatric Occupational Therapy Services

In addition to forest schools and summer camps, we offer formal occupational therapy services through our licensed team of Occupational Therapists (OTR/L) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).

Our licensed OT team follows each child through their own personal forest of development, offering professional guidance and gentle support as they discover and navigate their own path.

Formal OT sessions are offered one-on-one or in small groups, tailored to each child’s interests, strengths, and needs in a variety of settings:

  • In the natural world around us, including during forest school

  • In the community or in your home

Families interested in formal occupational therapy services are invited to join our waitlist. Openings are offered as they become available.
